Our Mandate

In order to fulfill our vision and mission as the Ghana ADR Hub we will; 

  1. Promote Interdisciplinary Education, Research and Training in Dispute Resolution for Students, Academics, Neutrals and ADR Practitioners. 
  2. Conduct and publish research that will inform Judicial reasoning in cases involving ADR. 
  3. Provide training and certification programs for Neutrals and Practitioners. 
  4. Provide Consultation and Technical support for Practitioners and Neutrals. 
  5. Work with Organisations, Companies, Trade Unions and Governmental Agencies to design and implement their dispute resolution systems in Ghana and across Africa. 
  6. Work with international organizations to promote the relevance and practice of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
