Membership with Ghana ADR Hub means becoming part of a recognized community of professionals invested in the work of creating a Pan African Alternative Dispute Resolution Institution that provides reliable and integrity-driven alternative dispute resolution services in accordance with international best practices

Student membership of the Ghana ADR Hub is open to persons who are studying in a higher educational institution, university or an equivalent institution and have an interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

Membership of the Ghana ADR Hub is open to Associate Members who have completed relevant Ghana ADR Hub courses or non-members who have adequate, proven study or certification in ADR at a level to qualify for full membership.

Fellows of the Ghana ADR Hub are Members who have continued along the routes of advancement of their chosen area of ADR, that is, mediation, domestic arbitration, or international Arbitration.

Eligibility


To qualify as a Member of the Ghana ADR Hub, one must have one of the following: • Associate Membership plus completion of any Ghana ADR Hub Advanced Training Course; or • An equivalent certification from a recognised training institution. Non-Associate Members who have relevant qualifications and experience in Arbitration or Mediation can take an expedited path to become a member through accelerated training programs.

Annual Fee


Membership of the Ghana ADR Hub requires payment of a non-refundable fee of One Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHS 1,500.00) per annum.
