The Ghana ADR Hub is a full-service alternative dispute resolution organization providing both services and practical training in arbitration, mediation and dispute system design for individuals, businesses, and law firms. Founded in 2018 the Hub is headquartered in Kumasi but our activities and partnerships span across the whole country.

OUR PURPOSE
Ghana ADR Hub’s mission is to promote alternative dispute resolution as a preferred mode of resolving disputes. We strive to create a Pan African Alternative Dispute Resolution Institution that provides reliable and integrity-driven alternative dispute resolution services in accordance with international best practices.Our purpose comes to life through our four core values: Accountability, Excellence, Integrity and Confidentiality.

Our Mandate
In order to fulfill our vision and mission as the Ghana ADR Hub we will;
- Promote interdisciplinary education, research and training in dispute resolution for students, academics, neutrals and ADR practitioners.
- Conduct and publish research that will inform Judicial reasoning in cases involving ADR.
- Provide training and certification programs for Neutrals and Practitioners.
- Provide Consultation and Technical support for Practitioners and Neutrals.
- Work with Organisations, Companies, Trade Unions and Governmental Agencies to design and implement their dispute resolution systems in Ghana and across Africa.
- Work with international organizations to promote the relevance and practice of alternative dispute resolution.
