As a traditional ruler, Odumasehene and Nifahene of Juaben Traditional Area, the one-week ADR programme in Accra has equipped me with mediation skills to resolve family issues, land cases, religious and educational challenges in the community. It will also help me to enter into business agreement with investors coming to Odumase communit.

This training was insightful and enlightening. I was exposed to the power of effective communication. I enjoyed the role-plays. They were fun and effective ways to learn from each other. I look forward to learning more from other mediators. I can’t wait to put all that I have learned into practice.

I saw the advert on the training on a platform and I came because I had just been elected as Women’s Ministry leader for my church and I needed a skill to help me manage conflicts among the members, their families and spouses. I honestly think I have really learnt a lot in the training and can confidently do mediation
