Qualification

To qualify to become an Associate Member of the Ghana ADR Hub requires one of the following:

• Successful completion of the Ghana ADR Hub 40-hour Certificate Course in Arbitration or Mediation
• An equivalent certification from a recognised training institution.

Persons who are members in good standing of recognized professional bodies may be exempted from the need to have the 40-hour certificate course but will be expected to complete a three (3) day accelerated course. This level is an introductory certificate qualification which sets you off on your ADR career.

Fee

Associate Membership of the Ghana ADR Hub requires payment of a non-refundable fee of One Thousand Ghana Cedis per Track (GH¢ 1000) per annum.

As a traditional ruler, Odumasehene and Nifahene of Juaben Traditional Area, the one-week ADR programme in Accra has equipped me with mediation skills to resolve family issues, land cases, religious and educational challenges in the community. It will also help me to enter into business agreement with investors coming to Odumase communit.

This training was insightful and enlightening. I was exposed to the power of effective communication. I enjoyed the role-plays. They were fun and effective ways to learn from each other.
